Net 30
For reorders you may apply for Net 30 terms.
To establish credit terms, you must send four references with full address, phone and fax number. Request for credit may delay shipping up to 2 weeks. Accounts with satisfactory credit will be given a credit limit and terms of Net 30 from the date of invoice. Late accounts will be denied further credit.
Shipping:
All shipping is through Fed Ex. Next day air, 2nd Day Air or 3 day Select is available at the customer's request. Orders mailed through the U.S. Post Office are charged an additional $5.00 delivery fee.
Refused Shipments:
Subject to a $25.00 re-stocking fee plus freight.
Damage or Short Shipment:
Please inspect your shipment immediately and make any claims for credit within 7 days of receipt. Claims made after 7 days will not be honored.
Returns Merchandise:
Merchandise returned for reasons other than damage is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. We must be notified prior to return. All return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Backorders:
Quality artisanal products take time to produce. Unless cancelled, back orders over $50.00 will be shipped automatically up to 4 months after the date of original invoice. Please let us know if you do not want to receive backorders when you place your order.
