Product Description
Handmade Metal Tree of Life with Sunflowers – Fair Trade from Haiti
This beautiful handmade metal wall sculpture features the Tree of Life blossoming with sunflowers — a radiant symbol of warmth and renewal. Measuring approximately 17" tall by 70" wide, it’s designed to complement spaces above doors, windows, or as a horizontal centerpiece in your home.
Each piece is handcrafted by Haitian artist Cineus Louime, who skillfully transforms recycled steel oil barrels into elegant works of art. You can see the artist’s hand in every detail — from where he hand-riveted a section together with nails after cutting too far, to where portions of the original uncut barrel surface remain visible, highlighting the authenticity and resourcefulness of his process.
This sculpture is made through our 25-year Fair Trade project in Haiti, ensuring sustainable livelihoods and ethical craftsmanship. As proud members of the Fair Trade Federation, we are dedicated to supporting artisans with fair pay and safe working conditions.
