Product Description
This authentic Guatemalan huipil features a striking blend of rich pink tones, woven entirely by hand on a traditional backstrap loom. Made from two woven panels and open on the sides, it offers a comfortable, loose fit that’s both beautiful and traditional.
The upper section of the huipil shows excellent craftsmanship and strong weaving, while the lower white portiondisplays some loose weave from age and gentle wear — a characteristic feature of authentic vintage textiles.
Measuring approximately 33 inches wide and 23.5 inches long, with a 20-inch neck opening, it’s a versatile fit for display or wear. If the neck feels tight, a small slit can be cut for comfort — a common traditional adjustment.
