All orders received by It's Cactus are processed promptly, shipping out usually in 1 to 2 business
days by USPS or FedEx at rates and services listed on our checkout pages. To return an item,
please contact It's Cactus by phone (831)2143041 or via email (cactus@itscactus.com) within 5
days of receiving your item. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt in the condition
received and in the original packaging. We want you to love your piece and will do everything we
can to insure that you are completely satisified. If you need longer time for a possible return such as during the
holiday season just let us know!
We are happy to send your piece of folk art as a gift. Simply let us know in the "Comments and
Instructions" block of the Order Confirmation page. It will arrived attractively wrapped and we can
easliy add a short personal note from you to the recipient so that your gift presentation will be
perfect!
Alaska and Hawaii Orders will require extra shipping cost. Please contact the seller.
